Oorrrr one bogus weird Rui-ejection from losing that before

Comment here? Because we are all on Team Wagner. I mean I comment more on GER/WagnerBros rather than CAN...Its also easier to cheer/support someone thats actually a nice human being rather than Ledouce/Lehypocrite just because he plays for your country.

Like come on, he's a legitimately good player, he's still very young, and nobody is claiming he's elite anyway, so where is this coming from.
Yeah.. in GB they are calling him " Elimination Game Franz" when he stinks it up in do-or-dies

Although the GB is always stupid, what’s extra dumb about this one is Franz has played well in a lot of elimination games. Game 6 against the Cavs, and every game past the group stage in international play is technically an elimination game.
Eventually you’re going to lose an elimination game, and often teams lose games because their best players have bad games. This shouldn’t be a surprise.

10 points on around 8 possessions is a good offensive performance. He also mixed in 3 assists, 2 steals, and 5 defensive rebounds. He played great defense as usual. He led the team in +/-. He should have played more.tiderulz wrote:eyriq wrote:Rough loss, not on Franz though
not necessarily on him....but best player on that team and he only took 10 shots

And you look guys like Hali, Tatum etc non of them is level of Steph, Curry, Lebron. Not even close actually.
Might as well see massive France domination in comming years. They just gave back to back 1# picks.

You think France is going to dominate the US in basketball haha, gladly take that bet.
People weirdly ignore that US has a talented group of young players that will also continue to develop and improve.
Halliburton/Brunson/D.Fox/Morant
Edwards/Booker/Maxey
Tatum/J.Williams/B. Miller
Paolo/Zion/Cooper Flag
J.Jackson/Chet/Evan Mobley
*I am sure I am missing several all star level players that will be available/worthy.
US will continue to be the prohibitive favorite due to their astonishing high level depth.

Seems to be a great backup guard. Provides a little bit of everything, even some playmaking.
Still remember him being interviewed right after the world cup final loss last year. Guy is a class act, will always hold him into high regards.
