Considering we have just won the title, and Brad has resigned or extended most of the team, it is amazing to think what this team is capable of. With Brown being just 27, and Tatum 26, Brad has locked up the following that are younger or same age as Brown and Tatum, to grow with them.
counting this upcoming season:
Brown 27 years old, 5 seasons
Tatum 26 years old, 5 seasons
Pritchard 26 years old, 4 seasons
Hauser 26 years old, 5 seasons
Tillman 25 years old, 2 seasons
Queta 25 years old, 3 seasons
Scheierman 23 years old, 4 seasons (with an additional year as qualifying offer)
Watson 23 years old, (not yet signed, but I bet he will be)
Springer 21 years old, (not locked into a contract after this season, but I bet he will be)
Walsh 20 years old, 3 seasons
With Porzingis just 28, 2 seasons, Kornet just 29, White just 30, with 4 seasons, and all but Kornet signed past this season, Brad has put a young team, just off a championship run, in a great place for a dynasty.
The advantage that new owners will have is knowing, for the most part, exactly what payroll will be like over the next 3-4 seasons.
Don't sleep on Jrue "the fountain on youth" Holiday. IMO, he keeps himself in great shape and some guys just find a way to stay healthy. He's averaged 65 games a year in his career. I'll take that, his production and his heart all day long.
If you look, I edited my post to say just that.
Best Celtics trade since the 07'/08 championship year IMO
