No kidding.

Amazing thing is his peripherals, which don't like him. Yet all he does is put out great outings now for like three months.

Agree. I remember years ago debating on this forum or maybe one of the older ones with the sabermetricians who felt that closers were overrated because their data did not support the importance less-enlightened people like me imputed to them.

At this point if you're a minor league pitcher withs some talent but hasn't put it together you should be begging your agent to get you in the Brewers organization.

Cards are off today. As is KC. I don't remember a scheduled Sunday off day before. ETA Cubs and White Sox are off today too

Milner has struggled this season. Wonder if he has been trying to pitch through injury and/or this way to maybe figure some things out.

I'm fine with giving him every chance to be a starter but I still see Hall's future as a high leverage reliever.
