A good reason teams shouldn’t trade starting OFs for them

11 games, 11 innings, ERA 1.69, WHIP 1.08, reducing his ERA from 9.22 to 5.92.
Making it more likely that he gets granted the 3.2 million minimum arbitration offer. And then tonight making things more questionable again.

Keep Green, Romano and one of Little/Cabrera. The rest they need to acquire or sign through FA.

The FO gave up on the year and so did we haha. They got Ryan Burr starting as an opener today my goodness.

The thread title is right. This organization is dysfunctional, and shows no signs of making any changes. It's hard to follow a team that makes the same mistakes over and over, almost like they're trying to lose. I can't even get excited about the younger guys, as by now I expect our coaching staff will ruin them. If we don't see major changes this off-season, next year will the second season in a row I don't attend a game and don't have Sportsnet.
I will always be a Blue Jays fan and still listen to the radio/watch highlights/follow box scores, but it's hard to have my usual enthusiasm for the team.
Pretty much the same for me. I've lost all faith in this FO and coaching staff and yet nobody is fired. So I've been to 2 games this year and watched maybe 4-5 in total.
