Well, they should be taking care of that "quick, small league" here in the next couple seasons with the expansion. I do love the short games though, it's so refreshing.
I guess my current attitude comes from my basic philosophy that I've taken with sports as I've gotten older. When I was a kid, I used to watch NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL (not to mention some individual sports), and get invested heavily. Problem is, at one point I realized that spectator sports were a massive time sink, and really, largely a waste of time. So I quit watching NHL, then NBA, then MLB, and now I mainly just watch Packer games. It's part of how I also have tried to cut down my time watching television.
But when I heard that Clark was going to be joining the Fever, since I live in Indiana, I thought it would be interesting to follow along. Frankly, if it wasn't for Clark, I wouldn't be watching. That's just the truth. I like the other Fever players too though, or some of them in particular.
