I checked out after the game vs the Broncos. Actually, at halftime.

You can tell the team just sucks. It's not a playoff team. At all. As usual.

Time to fire everyone from Joe Douglas on down.

We draft QBs and they suck for us. Years later they are winning elsewhere. Wait for Zach to become Brady somewhere. I am just so sick of this team. After 45 years I am done. When Rodgers goes down at some point this season, I will be free from this team forever. It will never change. Even if Woody sells the team, the next owner will be just as bad as the last one. They will hire lousy GMs who build lousy teams and hire lousy coaches. Rinse and repeat for another 45 years.

Luckily for the Jets this division isn't good

Buffalo lacks playmakers

Tua out again

Pats are garbage

Unluckily for the Jets fans the rest of the league is good.

The Jets have always sucked

Rodgers has been disappointing so far, but the coaching staff sucks. They should be fired already. That will hold them back for being a contender in the end. Offense lacks 0 creation . Hackett and salad should go for the Jets to reach their potential. This defense is being wasted even with the QB upgrade.

The crazy thing, is the defense is a couple of bogus Pass Interference calls away from stealing that win away from the Vikings in spite of the offense. Allen Lazard dropped three or four passes, one directly leading to a pick-six, and the defense still managed to damn near shut down the Vikings in the second half.

It'll be sad to see Joe Douglas go down with the ship, but tying his fate to Saleh and Hackett is his own damned fault...Ulbrich's cool.

I think my issue with this play is, when you line up for a short yardage run up the middle like that, you typically run it under center, which gives the back a little bit more time to build up momentum. Running from the pistol like this, you can see it's almost like a draw play, where the back doesn't start until well after the ball is snapped, giving the line more time to get penetration as well as not having as much time to build speed, giving him less of a chance to power through

So it's bad design, but it's also bad execution. Watch Bates (I think) coming over to set the edge, you see he takes a side step towards the line, which gives Dallas Turner (I'm pretty sure that's who that is as well), who ran a 4.46 at 250 pounds, enough space to get the right angle. If Bates runs flat across the formation or even takes a step back as he's crossing, he would have had the angle

The hole is still clogged and the issue is more play design, but still. It's the finer details sometimes.

All I have to say is Woody Johnson is worse than Dolan somehow

This rot starts from the top down.

Worst part is we had LaFleur in the building and he scapegoated him for Wilson being terrible smh.

Chose Fitz over Geno way back. This team just consistently does the wrong thing. It doesn't matter who is in charge of player and staff personnel

Just to add to how frustrating this is, they ran something similar on 3rd down for the same result. The offense is so predictable that they have to be absolutely perfect to execute and Saleh teams are FAR from good on details.

And the sad thing is if/when we're in the market for a HC next season, my favorite option is.another defensive coordinator...I want to give Brian Flores a second shot at HC. Just need a good OC to join him.

Thank God. They'll F up the replacement I'm sure, but this was an untenable situation that had to be addressed

Had to happen, but didn’t expect it until the offseason. Who’s his replacement?

Hopefully it goes a way to addressing the 100+ yards per week in penalties we've been witnessing. I've never seen a team get their ass handed to them until the game script breaks and their QB starts freestyling.

j4remi wrote:Fire Saleh, Promote Ulbrich, ask Rodgers if he really wants to try and carry Hackett through this season...hopefully fire Hackett too.

I've never seen a team consistently look worse on long rest than when they play on regular rest. But this is year three with the same patterns as every year prior regardless of personnel.

Woody Johnson and JD must have got my memo.

As crazy as it sounds - Bill Belichick needs the Jets and the Jets need Bill Belichick.

WTF? Saleh is gone? Wow. This is getting ugly after a 2-3 start. Rodgers being an AARP member might be something we should have addressed sooner but, oh well.
