Remember not so long ago when we still sucked but were at least better than Washington? Not anymore.
And it's not just that they did the right thing and lost the right amount of games to put them in position to draft their QB of the future. How are those memorable DeVito wins feeling right now? Those were such character and culture changing wins!

Commanders got it right with the Dan Quinn and his staff. And of course the change of ownership helped too. We are officially a distant fourth in the division with no light at the end of the tunnel.
I honestly want Schoen and Daboll out of here. I do not see it working out or getting any better even if they draft a QB. Like if we had Daniels or Caleb Williams on this team, are we really any better? I don't think we would be. Not with this OL, lack of weapons, amateurish playcalling and undisciplined penalty happy roster. This is not me defending Jones but this team is not just a QB away. The majority of the roster is just trash except for maybe 4 or 5 players. It's year #3! Neal and Hyatt don't even see the field as high picks! And Thibodeaux isn't anything special either. Ojulari, who is going to be a career journey man and just a 3rd down specialist, is at his level. Honestly nobody drafted by Schoen is anything special except Nabers. Schoen's gotta go!
Daboll is awful too. WTF was that play calling running the ball on every play in the first half? Way to kill the confidence and trust in your skill players. And when the **** is he gonna learn to stop going for 2 points? He is just not it guys. I know he started 6-2 and won COY his first season but everything after that has been just awful. And he should not get any credit for having the team play hard. They are supposed to do that! So you should only move on from a coach when the players stop playing hard? I just don't get why the media and some fans defend this guy. His playcalling stinks, he throws his players under the bus, he has gotten outcoached way more than he's coached good games and this team plays too undisciplined and stupid. I know the Slayton penalty that took away the TD was a bad questionable call but why does it seem like that only happens to us every damn week?
Tomorrow is the trade deadline and any smart front office would have a sale and send off Slayton, Ojulari, Neal and Hyatt but this idiot will not do a damn thing. Watch!
I'm not sure who is the answer out there but Schoen and Daboll need to go! You should not keep a failing trash regime because you'd be embarrassed to reset the franchise again with a new one. Schone and Daboll have shown nothing that says keeping them and giving them more time means they are on the right track. We are in the Isiah Thomas, Phil Jackson and Steve Mills era with this franchise and these two clowns.
Seriously, where do you think this franchise will be in 3 years, 26-27 if we keep these guys? Cause I still see us being the 4th team in this division with a bust at QB.
