Defense Curry on KCP Butler on Lebron White on Brown Millsap on shard Noah on Dwight
Thats defense. I have guys that play it.
Offense Greatest shooter of all time samdwiched with guys that love to move the ball.
I dont see anyone here that can slow down prime Curry. White gives a great klay like duo. Butler gives some of everything. Millsap is a great glue guy who can do some of everything and Noah is my anchor.
I have a floor spacing bigman off the bench I have a finals mvp off the bench in Iggy And a guard that can attack the rim.
Solid team basketball that is overshadowed by not having guys considered 2nd tier in the drafts like chicago jimmy white and millsap and a non floorspacing bigman in Noah.
I dont expect I will win, but I am shooting for a non sweep.

This team is loosely modelled on the 2019-20 Lakers, with LeBron running point alongside an uberathletic superstar big, and solid supporting pieces around them. Lewis as a lethal stretch 4 provides an element those Lakers lacked, and Brown fits in nicely alternating with Dwight as the 2nd/3rd option. Defensively, we have great positional size with the 6-4 Hill/DiVincenzo being our smallest players, and a lineup of LeBron/KCP/Brown/Lewis gives good switchability 1 through 4. The Dwight-Chandler tandem ensures we have great rim protection and rebounding at the 5 for 48 minutes. Hill and DiVincenzo provide additional shooting off the bench.
Matchup - We will go straight up defensively, except KCP is the primary Steph defender and LeBron starts on White. KCP has the right defensive tools as he's great at chasing around screens and contesting shooters. Similarly, Brown's forte is guarding one-on-one, so he should do a solid job on Butler. - Our positional size gives Larry a problem here, as there isn't a good assignment for White here (presuming Steph guards KCP). LeBron, Brown, and Lewis are all too big and strong for him, and there certainly isn't much scope for switching with both him and Steph in the backcourt. Additionally, Noah is a great defensive quarterback but too skinny to guard a much stronger player like Dwight in the post (it's low-hanging fruit but I always point to what Nene did to him in the 2014 playoffs). - Defensively, we will obviously look to stay attached to Steph and White, but our forwards will pack the paint to force guys like Butler, Millsap, and Iguodala to beat us with the outside shot.
This is a really poor matchup for Larry. Defensively, I can buy KCP on Curry much more than Curry on FMVP Brown. I also don't think there are enough super potent shooters to compliment Curry's biggest strengths, although I totally buy the passing/ball-movement argument on his team.

All NBA defense White who led the league in blocking shots as a guard is guarding brown. Not Curry
Doesnt make sense that KCP who only played 25 mins a game is going to stop MVP Curry more than White can stop brown?

My bad, somehow got my wires crossed.
Meant I see KCP on Curry as a more feasible matchup than White on Brown given the physical differences, even with KCP/White both being high level defenders and with Curry being in one of the greatest offensive seasons ever. I love White as much as the next guy, but Brown was the FMVP for a reason.
