Think you can argue between him and Miles McBride, who gets 13 Million for 3 years on a declining contract, so almost half on average of what Pritchard is getting. But yeah, at this rate I wouldn't be surprised if Pritchard makes an All Star team during that contract.
That is a great deal for the Celtics but settle down with him being an All-Star!
He's under contract for 4 seasons, did improve a lot last season and is taken on a bigger role this season. Jrue is getting up there in age, so it's pretty realistic that he becomes a starter during those 4 years. If he takes another step and Boston continues to dominate in the East it's not unrealistic that he makes an All Star team as Boston's 3rd player. There have been enough cases in the past were players made the All Star game in a similar role. Also I didn't say it will happen, just that I wouldn't be surprised any more at that point.
I could see White making an All-Star team, but it is a huge stretch to make an argument that Pritchard will be an All-Star level talent. He would start for several teams in the NBA though and it looks like he sacrificed money and playing time to stay with a contender. That is admirable.
