That’s the excuse you’re using? I see a team that looks worse defensively this year. Very lazy. Setting a record for 3 point attempts etc. I don’t see a finals team right now. I don’t care who they get back.
Yes, I am using the excuse that this team isn't giving full effort this season so far (a few 'big' games aside), and is missing two starters right now. The effort shows up on defense, and by settling for 3s, instead of driving, like Tatum does when the chips are down (e.g., competitive playoff games). The lack of Holiday and Porzingis showed up tonight in perimeter D and rim protection.
