Gotta say I've been a fan of Wasserman's mocks this year. He's the only mainstream mocker who's been giving consistent credit to Sorber. I still can't believe no one's been able to get any sort of a sense of whether he declares this year or next, but based on him being unranked by most mocks, I'm starting to think more and more that Thomas Sorber is going to be this year's CMB.

Eurocup is the 2nd strongest competition in Europe. Spanish ACB is still probably the best league in Europe. He hasn't played much. I don't think he would enter his name in this draft, tbh.

Euroleague is best by a mile. ACB is best among the domestic leagues.

I don't see how Ben Saraf is a better prospect than Sergio de Larrea.

For me, I only look at what they've done. So Ben is actually playing minutes and has a big role on his team, even if it's against worse competition.
Sergio barely plays. There's almost no track record of a player that gets no minutes as a teenager in Europe succeeding in the NBA.

Gonna be pissed if OKC gets Khaman and pairs him next to Chet. Goddamn that defense would be nasty smh

It's like if someone practiced making difficult jumpshots since they were a kid, but never played an actual basketball game with other people. He's young though...
The thing with taking Ace is you'd have to bring him into a situation where he's not expected to actually contribute until year 2-3 lol. Kinda tough to take him high and you can't play him
The risk might pay off though and tbh stuff like on ball handles, counters etc are easier to drill then learning how to shoot. Game feel also comes with experience and coaching if its not already there. It seems like the stuff he needs to improve on are things that guys generally get better at while they're in the NBA anyway.
For Toronto it would be tough for me to pass up on Jak tho, he's already great and damn near the same age. If he was 20% more athletic he could be the #2 pick easily

If we're 6 we're picking between Egor, Tre, Fears, Khaman. I'd actually be pissed ngl lmao

It honestly is. It was his best game of the season, regardless if he scored 30+ last time. The 5/5 free throws and assist in particular.

Lol why would you be mad?
Even if we pick #6 it would be our second best asset besides Barnes

You shouldn't be pissed, we need all the help we can get. I'm personally out on Demin, I've seen enough at this point and have him lower than most.

lol. I'd be beyond elated.
Khaman Maluach will be a Raptor if we're selecting from those options.

If I was picking at 6 at this moment I would be looking at Jak, Tre, Maluach, and Queen. But again 6 might be that sweet spot where you trade to move down some slots and gain an additional first

Fears or Jakucionis wouldn't be bad. If we draft either we could potentially have the ROTY. I would personally lean towards Fears if he shows good shooting in his workouts. I think both will be better than Bailey.
If Bailey wasn't on Rutgers his team wouldn't make the tournament. He's a terrible team basketball player. It would be 2 years away from 2 years to teach him how to play winning, team basketball. I can't see a coach like Darko, that emphasizes passing and giving up good shots for better shots, liking Ace.
Poeltl
Barnes
Barrett
Fears
IQ
That is probably the best case scenario for winning next year.

Jeremiah Fears and Kon Knueppel have been growing on me as prospects. I wasn't as high on them earlier on but I'm starting to see it.
