The eternal Randle dilemma... not good enough to get a solid #2 Allstar option in return, but too good to dump for just roleplayers. A perpetual lose lose situation.
Leon has pulled off some good moves, but getting Towns for Randle has got to be at the top of the list.
Wolves issue is what it was. They have Naz Reid who they want to be the 4. They need to have a good b/u. The need to get value out of moving Randle.
Best thing for them? Move Naz and Jaden McDaniels. Get back a better role player and more diverse depth.
Naz is easy to move, positive value.
He's easy to Move because he's a fantastic player....Im pretty sure they want to hold onto him.

RJ rising. Terrific young player.
He stays cutting down the Knicks' EC rivals. Put down Trae and the Hawks for us. Once a Knick.

Traded 2 non-all-stars for an all-star starter, I'd be sick if I were a Wolves fan.

One of the most embarrassing games in Randle's life has to be when we blew them out and our guys kept circling behind Randle's back to steal the ball.
Our guys knew his dubious handles so well it was like shooting fish in a barrel.

RJ is still not the most efficient scorer, but I just looked as his yearly stats and he's showing a major gain in Assists presumably because he's setting up plays more, but with that he does have an increase in TO (though the Assist to TO ratio is still probably improved). He has increased his rebounding and steal numbers as well. Guy is solid. To be excellent he needs to improve his shooting percentages.

This might be the wrong place to ask but is there a section that allows buying/selling of Knicks tickets if it's allowed here? If not, what do you guys use?

I would like to say Fk Rick Pitino. When we drafted Kevin Knox all we heard predraft from Pitino was how great Knox was going to be but didn’t hear a peep from him about SGA. Fk you Rick Pitino.

The way I see it -- Randle is good a competitive NOW team. Wolves see Gobert-Reid-McDaniel as the future front court (I think)
No one is trading a top-5 prospect for Randle (which could have been demanded for KAT) so no Randle trade will visibly return on that investment. They MIGHT be able to trade Gobert in the summer if they want to extend Randle or Randle opts in. They need to free up cap though for their current expiring guys.
Trading Reid allow them to trade from a better position, perhaps get a more favorable asset, and protects them from a ballooning cap number next year.

The problem is Randle is a poor fit there...he makes them worse.... so if you keep him you are committing to being worse.

Randle is #3 in the teams +/-
Highest of the forward/centers. He objectively makes them better.

Numbers don’t tell Randle’s story too well. We should all know that by now.

Iso-randle in the last minute of a game is not a good decision. That should be able to be coached around.
