Weltman is probably sleeping like a baby right now without a care in the world.

I dont know if this is a positive cosign or not

Look at the +/- for all the starters and tell me who does not look like the others…

Hence why he's been on the trade block for as long as he's been

The Blazers GM/Ownership also sits on their hands, similar to the Magic.

They shouldve traded Grant last year, his numbers this year look horrendous. They only want to make a trade if they feel theyre winning. Problem is they arent savvy enough

When you create a historically bad 3pt shooting team in this era is time you are to be sent packing.

TOO BADDD

It's ridiculous :banghead: Especially not getting Cason. He had a great pedigree. Good shooting background in college but also a great defender. Also a Kentucky guard who have the best hit rate. It was a no brainer to go get him. Now he's a starter on the #1 team in the NBA.

I’m not even mad. I’m disgusted by the product they’re putting out there.

AB is so disappointing. Mosley clearly states he's at his best when he attacks. He's in the starting lineup and does absolutely nothing. Just says a lot when you don't even attempt to be aggressive.

The lack of aggression from AB is such a red flag

Trade bait.

Then you go out and get a guy who averaged 40% from 3 over the last 5 seasons and he ends up shooting 31%. lol.

If Suggs comes back and they look fine then I will have to agree with the Suggs +100 Aura points people lol.

I agree he has aura points and lifts the team, I just think they legitimately stink right now even if he's playing. I'm as patient as anyone, but it really does look like they have been figured out by the league.

Maybe I'm wrong and they just start winning again. But something feels off and I would usually be one to not overreact to a small sample set of games.

We will see I guess!

Its shocking how good we have been doing in spite of having no 3 pt shooting past couple years

I'm happy this is happening now rather than next season-2 seasons down the road. This is something that had to be solved. That means getting players who cant shoot 3's off the dribble, not just C&S.

That means getting an actual PG, not just forcing your forwards to tire themselves out and do it all for you

No wonder they both tore their obliques for God's sake they're carrying our whole damn team on their backs

Looks like WePark screwed up the 2023 draft. Enough time now to make determinations. Just keep drafting non shooters…

Turns out you need to have a system blanket surrounding him to actually pull that role off.

Jokic isnt on this roster. Jamal Murray isnt on this roster. KCP is the furthest thing from a "playmaker". He's a role player that has made a career off being a double/triple team outlet for players a million times better.

The lineup numbers for the starters over the last 10 games (3 for Franz) is woeful. Goga and TDS are the only positives in 2-man lineups for both Paolo and Franz.

Paolo and Franz are -10 in +/- and -18.7 in netrtg.

KCP is -16 in +/- and -41.9 netrtg with Franz. He’s -6 +/- and -15 net with Paolo.

WCJ is -6 +/- and -14 net with both Franz and Paolo.

KCP and WCJ are dead money and liabilities. Gotta move them.

Cole, to his credit, is only just in the negative with both.

That’s without factoring in tonight’s game.

It would be one thing to be the 20th best offense in the league but to be the absolute worst over the last month and second to last for the whole season? Fire alarms should be going off. Not to mention the slide on defense…

They have to focus on next season. They aren’t winning **** this year.

Fire Weltman tonight. Hire a serious GM.

Move Pope, Cold, WVJ, Harrris and the two lotto busts (black, jett) for whatever they can get.

Da Silva is honestly not that great, team is lower iq than they were last year. Gary, Ingles, Mo and yes Fultz were better, higher iq offensive players than Silva, Black, or Goga.

This trade wasn't some conspiracy - it was just a GM wanting AD bad enough where in most people's eyes he overpaid by a long shot to get him.

Man watching teams like the Grizzlies and Rockets battle it out without Ja or Sengun and showcasing their coaching/depth hurts. It’s what the Magic should be.

We need Goga, Suggs, JI, and Mo… to go along with Paolo and Franz being able to hit 3’s. WCJ forgetting how to shoot has also killed us. Suggs is a difference maker but he wouldn’t have won this game by himself. He’d break his body trying to drag the other guys as much as he could though.

Idk how we go from being one of the top 3 defenses to bottom 8 over the last 10 games. Our offense always sucked but it was our defense that gave us a chance to win. Makes no sense.
