Flagg, Harper, Ace and then Malauch. Which is why they aren't stressing too hard right now.
There are some pretty serious red flags with Ace and Maluach at the moment, that Masai always stays far away from when selecting a prospect in the 1st round (post-Bruno mistake).
Although with Maluach, I do wonder if Masai could just decide to take the biggest risk he's taken with a 1st round pick with Bruno. The possible pre-existing connection to the player (Maluach is a Basketball without Borders Africa alumni) is tough to ignore, plus at least physically he has dream measurements for a Masai-type C.
I'm confident though that Masai would draft guys like Edgecombe and Jakucionis over both Ace and Maluach, they are actually producing like "Masai-type FRPs".
And guys like Derik Queen, Asa Newell, Collin Murray-Boyles and Kon Knueppel he would draft over at least Ace, not sure about Maluach though.
What are those red flags? I like Maluach from basic scouting videos but I haven’t watched enough college ball to make any kind of informed analysis so I’d be happy to hear about the negatives for both Maluach and Ace if you don’t mind.

For Maluach it's that his AST% and AST/TO ratio are way too poor for a "Masai-type", and not only that, considering how low his USG rate also is, it is even more concerningly low IMO.
For Ace it's the same as Maluach in terms of his AST% and AST/TO ratio being way too poor. Additionally, considering his play style and reported physical measurements, his FT rate being below 30% is also a pretty big red flag.
What these things suggest to me and why I think Masai stays away from guys like this, is both a low floor, and a low hit percentage in terms of upside (chance a player reaches their ceiling).
Anyone can of course feel free to disagree, but just know that since the website Barttorvik was shown to me during the 2023 draft cycle, I was able to create queries that filter for historical commonalities in what I like to refer to as "Masai-type FRPs".
Since I started used this website, I am 3 for 3 so far in identifying Raptors FRPs since then (Mogbo as pick #31 I considered to be a pseudo-FRP). My post about it in page 1 of the newest draft thread links to my track record for anyone who doesn't believe me.
