The Lakers offer Connect-4, a game of Connect-4, and some free burgers a Marathon Burger for Zion 8-)

That will get it done… but then the lakers will retain connect 4 and offer the pels two g-leaguers and the pels with “Nico” and say yes

I would normally say they don't have enough to trade for him, and even if they did pels wouldn't do it, but who knows, maybe they can do it with Hachimura, Vincent and a second...

It won’t take that much -

I’m sure that post Nico that NBA GMs wouldn’t get a single and1 on RealGM…. The pros don’t know as much as Kendrick Perkins or Stephen A smith -

I would legit trust any regular poster on RealGM over a actual Real LIFE gm.

RealGM knew that Jokic was JOKIC before anyone in the press or GMs in the NBA did… we were like this jokic guy might be better than Giannis when Giannis won his second MVP… we were on here like… the exact opposite of Giannis might be as good as Giannis - a big slow skilled man might be better than the big athletic driven guy.:: no one saw it before RealGM

New Orleans gets the more reliable cornerstone, while absorbing a bad contract, but maybe a guy who could mentor Flagg. Some have compared Flagg to George.

Philly gets off a bad contract, while getting a more win now guy to team up w/ Embiid in his remaining yrs of effectiveness, then Maxey subsequently.
Lol. Yes lets trade one of the best prospects of the last 10 years for fatboy zion, who cant stay healthy? Sixers window has closed with Embiids injury. If they get lucky and draft Cooper they get a soft reset. You dont trade Flagg...

He averaged 25-7-5 in February playing only 28 minutes per game while being 62% from the field.

He just had a monster game against Lakers playing only 26 mins. He was unarguable.

This off-season is the perfect time to trade him because I don't think his value will be higher any time in the future.

Lakers had no answers for Zion.

He is a GROWN man even compared to Jemison, Lakers biggest bruiser.

No one has an answer for Zion- only Popeyes Fried
chicken and pies and Doritos and Mountain Dew can stop this man…

I thought his body looked terrific last night. Probably 285. would still like him to get to about 270.

If Zion lost weight but didn’t lose strength he would literally be able to dunk from the three point line!

He’s been an absolute monster this year.

He's never averaged close to 36 minutes in the NBA, so this stat is useless. Also, he's played 24 games, not a year.

How are we still not understanding per 36?

We are, it seems like you're either not understanding it or using it disingenuously. Wake me up when Zion averages close to 36 minutes in a calendar year. Last season he played a career high 70 games at 31.5 minutes per game. Some players need to play low minutes to maintain their energy and efficiency, and that energy and efficiency will clearly go down if they played more minutes. Giannis is another one.

It's silly to scale up their stats to look prettier when ini all likelihood, their stats would not scale linearly. Because if they did, they'd play more.

It's not useless if you are using it to compare Zion to Zion. Small sample size and all but he's at career highs across the board per 36. Of course, he's having career highs across the board in per game stats minus points, anyway. He's doing it in 28.3 minutes a game.

Giannis also plays 34-35 minutes a game, I wouldn't say that's low minutes.

It’s not scaling, and has nothing to do with per game. That is his actual production on average per 36 minutes on the court. I have no idea how long it’s been used but certainly over a decade, probably multiple. It’s a way to make more apples to apples comparisons, and per game is not. Especially when discussing a guy that is being intentionally limited in a season long ended for the Pels. Zion is dominating, point blank. That’s the moral of the story.

Zion always plays like a star when he steps on the floor. He’s had like a month or so in his whole career where he’s kinda struggling, and even that is always like 20 ppg, 7 rebounds on over 50% shooting.

He misses a ton of games, but he never plays like garbage like Simmons does.

He's awesome... but personally I don't think he's playing 60 games ever again in a season.

He's like Clippers Kawhi and Embiid, awesome when they are on the court but ticking time bombs ultimately in terms of health.

Investing all that money in part time players makes me hesitate.

Zion's value is in a weird area right now for sure.

He's not netting NOLA an AD-Lakers like haul with that god-awful injury history but he is young enough where if teams see him finish a year strong I think he nets em atleast 1 or 2 FRP as it stands rn

That would be a huge mistake. NBA teams aren't allowed to make trades right now and if they tried they would look stupid.

I think Zion plays well whenever he is on the court and fully healthy.
His problem is being injury prone. If he wasn't injury prone then he would easily be a top 10 guy in the league by now.

Ben Simmons problems are totally different.

Ben Simmons' career was derailed by back injuries... So not really that different.

I'd just hold onto him and try to manage him. He's a special player when he's healthy and nobody is going to pay enough to get him because of the high injury risk. It's not easy to find stars like that for a team like the Pelicans.

I think the Pelicans aren't as bad as they appear to be right now anyway. They've had a crazy amount of injuries this season. Trey Murphy has come along nicely and Yves Missi looks like a starting caliber center.

Missi-Zion-Herb-Trey-Dejounte is not a bad lineup at all.
