Well he’s already coming off the bench. I think he should drop weight this offseason though. He has lost a step and some hops already. Although that could be due to all the injuries as well.

Because he’s stealing it hasn’t earned it and all it takes is some hustle and effort. There’s never been a player more the opposite of Gerald “Crash” Wallace than Williams

because it's a joke. also nobody would've paid me that contract in the first place. yet I think I might be more useful to a NBA team than P Will would be on the same salary. If I'm being paid $90mil to play basketball, my coach would realize very soon that I'm not a basketball player. He wouldn't pay me, I'd sit on the bench with a positive attitude. They haven't figured this out with Pat yet, they're still playing him. And when he doesn't, he seemingly has a negative, mopey attitude.

off base to make an analogy to a common person too. I might actually give back the money if I really **** up a project somebody hired me to do.

They have to play Pat. You can’t pay someone $90 million and then decide then decide they’re worthless in year one of five. This is developmental season anyway and unfortunately we still need him to develop.

I agree, the damage is done and the team is bad regardless, they just never should've paid him. it should be the sort of thing that gets AK fired. drafting him in the first place was a dumb move, but paying him after a terrible rookie contract is just mind-boggling.

I don't want the haterade to reflect on Pat, he's just some dude who got lucky, I want it to reflect on the front office crippling this franchise.

I'm thinking that the only 'positive' about this team is Coby, and he's a GarPax guy!

PWill started the season around 236 pounds. Can't remember where I heard it though.

They never change measurements or weights in the NBA after they get drafted or signed lol

He needs to lose 20 lbs. That extra bulk is not doing him any good.z

If he started 236 he’s even heavier now.

He needs to get lean. 210ish. His shot even looks heavy! All his misses are short. No legs.

Doug has said he thinks Pat plays poorly due to awful IQ. Not knowing what to do on the court. I’ve always thought it was just motor. Too much watching and not enough moving.

I’m beginning to think Pat has some mental health issues. I’m no doctor but potentially depression makes sense. Also wondering if he could be on the spectrum. His non celebrating on the Giddey game winner. His quiet stoic nature seems very Tony Snell who has come out recently speaking about his diagnosis.

This is no dig on Pat whatsoever. I’ve always wanted him to succeed. Something is clearly not right. Regression like this is not normal.

People say the same thing about Scottie Barnes.

NBA fan logic we need to trade one of two best players because (Player X) one needs to shine more.

Barnes has never shown the lack of understanding social cues. Or at least I've never seen it. Pat is different.

This is the best game of Pat’s career. He looks at least 25lbs lighter than he is now. I’m sure the foot and knee injuries have set him back but you gotta lock in the eating and not add any weight.

This Pat next to Buz would be quite a duo.
