Not at all. But my opinion of Ja is tainted by how badly Bridges dominates him, and what a dumbass Ja is

Such a played out narrative lol jb didn't only coach the Cavs in 2023-24, did he?Canadafan wrote:Canadafan wrote:JujitsuFlip wrote:I mean, they just won 64 games with the #1 offense in the NBA lol with the 4th highest bench minutes.
And we just improved by 30 wins while losing our 2nd best player to injury for the year.
Not to mention their top3 players last year missed close to 30games each on the season. Or put another way, Mitchell, Garland, Mobley played 16 18 21 games fewer last season than this season. Makes a difference!

He should be the best player on the floor. Brunson's game isn't made for the playoffs a big defender like Ausar is going to give him issues.
Every year we hear this from our first round opponents![]()
Guess what? Pistons had a gift with Brunson's first half and they blew it. Curbstomp mode activated
The gift is this will be Cades worst game.

Fun game, now lets see how the pistons adjust

They should sell high and him and go after another stretch big who can rebound better. Sabonis would be nasty on that team. Detroit would benefit from adding more size. Kinda of a small team.
Games like these is when they miss Ivey. Sure the nerves got to them during crunchtime as expected for young team but need someone else when Cade or vets arent hitting shots.
Tracymcgoaty wrote:Seriously how the **** are you thibs and you dont utilize Towns as much as you can on offense? It's clear he's the teams best most complete offensive player.
He's one of the most complete offensive bigs in the game.

Ah yes. We are familiar with "if Plan A fails try Plan A."

The Pistons would benefit more from a Mitchell Robinson type than Sabonis. Ideally a player with a little more offensive versatility than Mitch but they need to double down on their defense.
Knicks were able to attack the post at will down the stretch and that's gonna be an issue all series for the Pistons. If the Pistons are able to apply the pressure they apply and then have somebody waiting down low they're gonna be awful hard to score on.

Towns may be our most versatile offensive weapon, even when Brunson is healthy. But despite his impressive passing he doesn’t know how to control an offense the way Jalen can, which is why this team needs Brunson to take over in crunch time.

That would be us missing our #1defender and rebounder Mr Beef Stew. You guys only caught a glimpse of what he's capable of. He's hobbled and likely won't play next game because of that
