Two plays - two attacks to the rim
JT should watch some tape
Shai has good handles, good mid range and hood at finishing. JT is average at best on those.

Players that I would not mind losing in off season:
JB
JH
KP
SH
Now you know why OKC are the favorites to win this thing over the Celtics lol.

Guess you missed the first round?
No. Watched it all (and I am on GMT+3, not like most of you, so I am entitled to bitch)
I just wonder why he choose to shoot contested 3s instead of penetrating, especially being guarder by Brunson and KAT. His default shot is a 3 while Shai's is a layup
That is the difference and my criticism
Also, bricked a contested 3 to win the game
Go to the basket, man

My point wasn’t that Tatum doesn’t make mistakes. My point is, people get propped up when they do some of the same bad stuff too. Tatum had a much better first round Shai did, I don’t remember people telling Shai to play more like Tatum.

True
OKC also lost and Shai wasn't efficient
My point is not to play like Shai, but rather play more efficient (Shai plays an efficient brand of BBall), shoot more efficient shots. The paint was wide open and we still chucked contested 3s

You are 100% correct the paint was vulnerable because the Knicks don't really have a rim protector.
This is on JT for settling too much on home run shots.
Maybe JT wanted the easy way out.
Hopefully this loss will wake them up.
The Celtics, as a team, need to realize that every playoff game is important.
Their championship mettle will be tested in Game 2.
If Cs win Game 2 then the Cs will be on the right track again.
