I just wonder why he choose to shoot contested 3s instead of penetrating, especially being guarder by Brunson and KAT. His default shot is a 3 while Shai's is a layup

My point wasn’t that Tatum doesn’t make mistakes. My point is, people get propped up when they do some of the same bad stuff too. Tatum had a much better first round Shai did, I don’t remember people telling Shai to play more like Tatum.

You are 100% correct the paint was vulnerable because the Knicks don't really have a rim protector.

This is on JT for settling too much on home run shots.

Maybe JT wanted the easy way out.

Hopefully this loss will wake them up.

The Celtics, as a team, need to realize that every playoff game is important.

Their championship mettle will be tested in Game 2.

If Cs win Game 2 then the Cs will be on the right track again.

OG is guarding JT. There is no easy way out. That said, I fully expect you guys to make the right adjustments and shoot better and more efficiently from 3 in Game 2. I can’t believe that you’ll shoot worse than 15/60 from 3.
