OP, we still require reasons why each team would make your proposed trade. I know the reasons seem obvious:
Other teams: Get Giannis
Bucks, Get top 3 pick plus
But please flesh this out a little bit.

Because a lot of posters don't understand the difference between pick 1 and 2 in most drafts, and definitely this one, is much greater than the difference between pick 2 and pick 60.

I love Gianis, but not trading #1 for him. I dont trust in Kyrie and AD health enough.

Flagg is an intriguing prospect but wouldn’t do it unless Giannis demanded, don’t think Dallas after is really a better situation for Giannis with injured Kyrie and AD so kinda defeats purpose.
The other trades im not interested in because Harper/Bailey/etc way lower draft tier than Flagg

Re: 3 Giannis Trades to secure a top 3 pick in the draft
If Joel Emiid showed any signs he could be atleast somewhat healthy, I would've really liked trade #3. The fact and the matter is that he's not and he may never be again. The 76ers can't get afford to give up everything in terms of draft capital to order chase Giannis when his team still won't be true Championship contender. A good playoff team for sure, but not a team that can win it all. Based on that reason, I don't even see the 76ers as a team would be on Giannis list far as teams he want to go to.

Harper is as good of a prospect as Cade/Paolo.

Dallas has to salary match, if they want to keep Kyrie and AD that's the only way to salary match.
The additional pick might be overkill, but I figured it might be worth throwing it in to sweeten the deal since Dallas has to ship over guys of varying values.

Dallas has to salary match, unless you want to trade AD for Giannis

Flagg might not be better than those guys but potential is a big part of the value, I definitely think he’s a tier above with his age and two way ability. If the Bucks wanted a Paolo or Cade tier prospect then they probably could actually get Paolo or Cade.

Which is why I said prospect, not player

Not sure what you’re not getting, Flagg as a prospect >>> Harper. Not interested in him as Giannis centerpiece.

No you couldn't. Orlando and Detroit wouldn't move their franchise players for Giannis straight up. Getting Giannis only makes sense for either team if they're adding him to Paolo or Cade, not replacing them with him. (Not to mention the other assets and salary Orlando or Detroit would have to throw in).

I disagree. Giannis/Franz/Suggs is similar to Giannis/Middleton/Holiday in terms of archetype fits.

Holiday >> Suggs
Middleton was just a different player during that time frame - From 2019-2022 Middleton was a top 30 player

Middleton and Holiday are both better than Franz and Suggs.
It's important to understand what the term archetype means. Archetype means skill-set profile.
