Find a backup SF/PF on the vet minimum and that's your rough roster outline I guess. Picks 28 and 47 in this draft. Idk, at least gives you a scrappy, more defensively versatile roster with the potential to increase the talent level on the margins. Sets you up well for next offseason with picks and movable contracts to trade depending on how much or how little Dame looks like the guy before the injury.
Not sure what Moody gives you, but otherwise not bad.
I'd be interested, as I've mentioned before, in Kevon Looney. The Bucks still need a presence in the middle. H'es a consummate pro, can rebound, play defense, clog the middle and prettty switchable.
Looney is going to get more than the minimum though, and he's not good enough of an upgrade over Sims to justify neglecting our massive holes on the wing and/or gears positions. We can't waste our exceptions on him.
Looney has played the fewest minutes than he has in the last 7 years. He's not going to get much more than the minimum.
We can complain about Lopez (and I have), but we need some rim protection and interior defense. I'm not sold on Sims who will be starting his 6th year and hasn''t shown great hands or great skill.
