What I wonder is where Junior's 10% of shares will go.
It's Jamie Dinan, not Jamie Dimon, thankfully (I think).
Dinan owns 25%, so as much as Edens & Haslam. And the original dynamic was reportedly whoever of Edens or Lasry had Dinan's ear had the control. And that was Lasry back then.
So Haslam could still do that & be #1. Edens has the longer relationship w/ Dinan, but seemingly wasn't winning out before with him. And if Haslam is agreeing to write checks others are reluctant to, that would explain he holds the power if he's inclined. He copped to doing it on the Watson move.
