I guess if they want, the value is close-ish getting to trim RJ’s contract some. But seems like breaking down an asset when they should be consolidating if they really want to stick with this group.
Frankly, a lot of Toronto’s moves have been very underwhelming.
What has essentially amounted to a Siakiam/Ingram swap wasn’t really an upgrade
At best Barrett/Quickely for Anunoby is a wash. Quickey is a nice player but ovarpaid at 35mm per year and Barrett’s going to have similar issues to his role in New York playing off Barnes/Ingram.
Not to mention giving up what amounted to a lottery pick for Poelti wasn’t exactly great.
