KCP is overpaid by a lot but he is not a bum and he is valueable on the right team

Yeah, this is about right. KCP is an MLE player getting about 50% more than that (about $7 million more) in salary.

But think about it. Orlando traded the 16th pick this year. That alone is *way* more valuable than $7 million of team payroll. Add three more first round picks to that, and a pick swap. I'm just not feeling it.

Imagine How many unprotected first round pick Zubac could get..
2024-25 Clippers W/L Count against OKC, HOU, PHX, MIN (0-14)
2024-25 Clippers W/L Count against rest of NBA (43-18)

Thats a great question. I feel like he would get at least 4 picks as well. He is the perfect age, and still getting better. Imagine prime Zu with prime CP3 or someone like Magic Johnson. Harden unlocked Zu but as Harden loses that first step it becomes harder on him and Kawhi not moving around. If we had more motion in our offense, I think Zu would be almost unstoppable in todays NBA.

My steven adams backup big has been crushed so I have to think. Charlotte wants to unload Williams....

Kobe Sanders 6’9 SF worked out for the Clippers.

Funnily enough his comparison on nbadraft is Trentyn Flowers.

Funny. I agree about the Toronto deal. But I don't just think players 9-17 are similar. I think players 9-35 are in a very narrow range. I'd love to get a second pick in this draft.
