Herro had his best year yet and is improving YoY. The East is weaker than ever, granted Magic and Pistons are on the upswing while Bucks and Celtics are injured. I didnt say we'd be favorites or win it all, but the disbelief is weird.
Jimmy sabotaged the team last year. We should've tanked. But thinking
adding Durant and Derozan and sending out JJJ Wiggins Rozier Duncan whoever else doesnt make us a solid playoff team is weird.
So instead of trading for one old race horse you want to trade for two? Hell lets get Brook Lopez and Mike Conley while we're at it. We can keep a team of nurses on the sideline to help these guys off the bench when Spo sends them in.
Before: The Heatles
Now: The Glue Factory
So from your last few posts in this thread:
1) No to Durant, DeRozan, Lopez, or Conley.
2) you can't build around Herro and Bam.
Then Miami should do what? Trade Herro and Bam for expirings and picks? And then roll out a G-League team with a starting 5 of Ware, Jovic, Jaquez, Larsson, and Dru and see if Miami can out-tank Brooklyn?
Some of y'all need to forget about the Heat and become Sioux Falls Skyforce fans.
