IMO it's Raptors or Heat.
Key pieces:
Quickly, Barrett and #9.
Wiggins, Jovic and #20.
The Heat needs to add at least one unprotected FRP.
IMO without Ware and by simple value comparison, you take the Raptors offer and run with it because the 9th pick is an exponentially better / more valuable asset than the 20th pick being a fringe late 1st.
And also, even in comparing Wiggins and Barrett, the clear answer should be Barrett as he's younger with more remaining upside and a better producer than Wiggins currently who appears emotionally and competitively checked out.
And finally you have Jovic. Jovic is somewhat intriguing, but I'd not a centerpiece option, was inconsistent in his role last season and missed significant time with injuries.
He might have significant upside, or he might be just a mediocre injury prone facsimile of Mike Muscala or Ryan Andersen. Overall, the value isn't terrible, but it's not good either! And between the two offers, it's really not close!
Ultimately, I could care less what KD wants after he deliberately nixed two great deals for our team in a power play to control his destination while we get very poor garbage offers. This isn't about accommodating KD, is about our franchise's future!
