The NBA has changed. It’s not 1995 anymore. Luke Kornet is getting 41 million dollars over 4 years.
IQ’s salary stays fixed so he will take up a smaller percentage of our cap each year.
It’s not looking as good as it did yesterday.
The cap is only going up 7% next year. If it’s not going to go up 10% per year as speculated then IQ’s “fair” contract could slip into “questionable” territory. The cap in ‘28/29 was supposed to be $205m. It’s now being projected at $181m.
