That's baffling Indy didn't want to resign Turner long term after making it to the finals.
Are they really that desperate to stay under the 1st apron?

Plus we have so little to offer and with each signing our opportunities diminish. If anything, we are trying to dump talent disguised as salary.
Sorry for the dark cloud, but yall need to look at the weather forecast
Frank are we going to be making the playoffs next year or even the playin not likely.
Have we had some bad luck and are going to be hamstrung because we trade most of our draft capital away for players who really didnt make us a better team? Yes
Honestly since the Durant trade to the Suns I havent cared about this team. I didnt watch a single full game this year, but I will say this I am much more likely to watch a game this upcoming year. Why? it appears that the Suns are trying to build a team with an identity. Run and gun Suns, Barkley Suns, 7 seconds or less Suns, what do all of these have in common? they had an identity. Talent isnt the only answer as we have just seen. Without having a vision of what you want to do we get the 24-25 Suns. So looking at the what the front office has done in the last month it is clear that they are really trying to build something that will have an identity.

I agree with you Waylay…. I’m just saying that having perhaps the most brash arrogant delusional owner as we do, other teams will look to screw us even more. We essentially have no leverage in any deal moving forward anyways… yet you see here all these deals that aren’t likely to happen… and certainly not just for emptying salary. The ‘and then we trade Allen and then we trade O’Neal’ thoughts are borderline fantasy. The league is chock full of chuckers. And the teams perhaps needing them have already made moves (see Orlando)
It’s hard to temper this crowd.
PS… being perhaps the sole pro stretch Beal-er…. I am watching Yabusel. He’ll take the full MLE. I’m not sure the math works anymore tho. What a mess. But hey… we got that other dude from Europe so who really cares at this point.

Im guessing the hali Achilles changed everything. They probably would've gone into the apron to run it back but with no Hali next year they probably didn't want to go into the apron on a cooked year

I truly would be okay if Beal is waived - just not stretched

I don't think we could function as a team with that much immediate dead money on our books. Not under the apron, anyway.

I am pretty sure that the Suns would have done the same with Beal if not for that dead money from Nassir Little.
Ayton, Clarkson, Cole Anthony, Lillard...the list goes on and on.
We will see if there are some Beal news today or tomorrow.
