Well two of the four teams in the Eastern Conference Semifinals will most likely be either in the Play-In realm or out of the playoff picture this year, and possibly next, depending on how they build their teams around their returning injured stars.

This is a three-year contract for a three-year team. The Knicks have to look at these next three seasons as if it's Finals or bust, because their lack of draft capital is going to hurt their ability to add legit depth to the squad, unless they keep getting steals each summer like they did with Yabusele.

he is a 25M player but they had to pay him close to 40...well not a lot they can do.

Hopefully Mike Brown unlocks him offensively. He should be a 20 ppg game guy @ 50,40,90 with the attention that KAT and Jalen draw

Probably good news for Bucks fans as well because I think this means The Knicks know Giannis won't be asking for a trade at all (which apparently they were waiting for before re-signing MB)

Still its a lot of money for a player who has never been an All Star but he did prove his worth during last Year's playoffs vs my Celtics i suppose

Definitely a bit of an overpay but the Knicks had to do it. However, I don't see the $190 million starting lineup staying intact past 26/27.

Good luck to Coach Brown managing a roster of so many players that are use to averaging double digit shot attempts. Five players on the team averaged double digit attempts last season. 4 max is a winning forumla, not five, and now the Knicks have Jordan Clarkson. Good luck Coach.

Correct, and Brunson needs to step up, or else the entire roster will roll right over Coach Brown. Some people forget Bridges complains about how much he plays. He only averages 33 minutes per game for his career if I remember correctly. This roster will be Coaches' most difficult challenge and it's not like he's been able to hold a job long-term. OG is more of a 4/3 defender. Mikal a 3/2.

Mikal and OG are definitely not the same player.

Good. Maybe he’ll be more effective on the defensive end with less minutes.
