Legally you are innocent until proven guilty but the court of public & private opinion has always been held apart. I'm still not sure I would want this guy in my locker room.
That said, I don't personally know the guy and it's impossible for me to accurately read him or the situation. I'd hope smarter people than me are in the room. He could be 100% clear of any and all wrong doing, but it took some sort of extraordinary circumstances for us to get here and that is still concerning.
Yeah, same here.
Beasley clearly has serious problems with commitments and responsibilities, despise having immense means.
This guy has made $60 million dollars and he's getting served eviction papers and has barbers and dentists chasing him to get paid. Paying your bills is a very basic form of adulting and apparently he's been a habitual failure at that for quite some time.
Apparently he's not interested in being a man of integrity.
Not to mention, he felt the need to point guns at unsuspecting people.
The guy has character flaws, which is probably a lot of the reason why he never sticks with a team for very long.
Good for him that he got cleared and can now continue his NBA career, but I'd be perfectly fine if his time in Detroit is done.
