They are dicks

Nearly the most $
Indiana is good team
It would hurt the Knicks
Shamet isn't that good

Shamet isn't that good
In the playoffs he shot 45.0% from the field, 46.7% from three-point range, . His highest plus/minus was +21 in the Eastern Conference Finals against the Indiana Pacers. He's more than good enough .

How much money can he make off of doing ads for random businesses and companies, as well as appearances, to make up the difference?
I don't understand how Beasley is a fit if we have Jordan Clarkson though.
Ben Simmons to me is the ideal fit, but I feel like something is going on with him that no one in the public knows about. He should have been signed by now by some team.

Beasley is a much more catch and shoot oriented guy than Clarkson. I actually think he's a much cleaner fit than Simmons.
Fun stat, per NBA.com, Beasley took, by far, the most catch and shoot threes in the league last year and shot a ridiculous 43.1% on them. He took over 100 more than the next closest guy (Derrick White). You could make the argument he was the best pure shooter in the league last season.
Another fun fact, the Knicks generated the 4th least catch and shoot 3's per game in the league last season. Having Beasley come in for 15-25 minutes a night with a green light can really jump start an offense that had a tendency to get stuck in mud at times.

Where are those 15-25 minutes coming from? Not from Hart, not from Clarkson, not from Deuce, not from Yabusele. And this team's 10th man (Ariel) is probably only seeing about 5-10 minutes per and some nights he may not even play. The Knicks would need to move someone to free up that time.
