"Picks that were offered were not good as well." Who says that ? In 2021 there were no trade talks surrounding fvv, siakam, og etc. It was known that NN and MU wanted to compete. The contract of each of them was good and tradeable and had lots of years left. And their value was at peak. MU started talks around 2023.
Without any doubt we would've been a more attractive team right now if we started the real full rebuild thru the draft after the day we picked @ #4 in 2021.
Every other team that was in the lottery with us back then looks more promising than we do.
