The NBA should absolutely come down on the Clippers and Ballmer. For the Clips, that means voiding Kawhi's contract and making him a FA, costing them several picks, and a massive fine.

I think they should ban Ballmer and force him to sell. But I doubt they'll go that far.

If Ballmer wasn't such a positive owner (no trouble until now, great new arena spearheaded by him, good fan, etc) I could see them going that far, but otherwise, like you said, I highly doubt it.

Without reading tons of documents or listening to the whole podcast, can someone tell me what happened to the $300 million that Aspiration pledged to help pay/sponsor for the new Clippers arena? I see that linked in the Cuban tweet. Did that money ever come in for construction or did Aspiration back out and Ballmer have to find the $300 million elsewhere?
