I think they should ban Ballmer and force him to sell. But I doubt they'll go that far.

If Ballmer wasn't such a positive owner (no trouble until now, great new arena spearheaded by him, good fan, etc) I could see them going that far, but otherwise, like you said, I highly doubt it.

Nah, Silver will make a condition of any punishment that the Bucks can't somehow benefit from it. Hell, he'll probably ding us a pick for **** and giggles.

Ballmer should honestly criminally liable for investing $50M into a fraudulent company for a $28M no show job, how is that not directly defrauding other investors? Ballmer can’t claim ignorance. They need to go scorched earth on this mf

First of all, shame on you for thinking this is fake. Secondly, I used ChatGPT.

Your problem is that you are remembering when crime was illegal.

Time for Pablo to investigate the Cuban-Adelson cabal too. The league's not going to do it, after rigging the lotto for them.

"Daniel Gafford signed a three-year, $54.2 million contract extension with the Dallas Mavericks, which became official in July 2025. The final deal was slightly less than an initial report of $60 million". W/out this they'd be over the 2nd apron.

You know how I know he didn’t watch? They discussed those questions for the first half of the eighty minute podcast.

Hardcore hoops fans like us will pay attention and keep talking about this but otherwise this will get buried by the NFL season starting up. Whatever "investigation" and ramifications will come next year, I'm guessing next summer after the Finals. We'll see.

The best part of this for me is Shams didn't break it. But I doubt he would have anyway, he's just a schill now.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Without reading tons of documents or listening to the whole podcast, can someone tell me what happened to the $300 million that Aspiration pledged to help pay/sponsor for the new Clippers arena? I see that linked in the Cuban tweet. Did that money ever come in for construction or did Aspiration back out and Ballmer have to find the $300 million elsewhere?

Kawhi's punishment should be that he actually has to play all 82 games this season.
