You can feel differently, if I had a decision this important to make, I would be all over it in an insane amount of detail, not trusting that other people think this or that (and there were certainly people that liked Daniels).
I just disagree with your second point. He is still the one that made that trade, he's still the one that has almost completely remade the roster in 3 years. It all comes down to whether or not what he's building will be successful or not. So far, it hasn't, but most people think the Bears are poised for a breakout, so we'll see.
Sure. To date, Poles has not had the success I would expect a good GM to have over a 3 year period. We'll see what happens this year, fingers crossed.
