Tyler Dunne's article about the Bears last season dropped a bombshell, that the front office believes that Caleb has dyslexia but didn't bother to tell the coaching staff.

A story also came out that the Bears didn't even bother to bring in Jayden Daniels to interview him (there was also a debate whether or not Daniels camp was willing to meet with the Bears). The Commanders in the meantime IIRC brought in all the QBs.
