That would have been lazy and infantile in the 90s, but joking about not being able to pronounce an own foreign player's name in 2025? So cringey even the first time you hear it, but they keep doing it 50 times a game.

Oh but that's not even the worst part of it. Instead, the guy out of the two who's supposed to know the player's name fu***ng says it wrong, every single time! Did anyone with a single brain cell in the entire network read that name carefully even just once? The guy's name is not MamuSHkelashvili, there's no SH there. How the f**k is it so hard to learn a name? So close to turning the sound of man, too much stupidity to just enjoy the game...

I think u guys are being overly sensitive about this. If you listen to broadcasts around the league you'll quickly realize how bad the majority of these guys are with tough names, Americans are pretty notorious for this.
Matt has always been pretty good about this, you can tell he's always done his homework, this might be the first name I've heard him mispronounce, I think he deserves a pass...they did beat on it a bit much but you have to acknowledge that Sandros last name is definitely outside of what people are used to.

People on here have been making fun of Gradey's last name since he was drafted. Gradey didn't ask for that last name or to be made fun of for it. I haven't seen any cries of injustice.
