Was it really Scottie who didn't make anything easier for Pascal's shooting? Or was it Pascal himself, because he believed for a long time (too long IMO) that he could be a Batman that could handle a lot of individual creation responsibility, and the organization shares blame in empowering that belief for too long?

Did we (assuming you mean the FO and coaching staff here) really overtax Siakam with too much individual creation responsibility, or did he
want that individual creation responsibility, because he believed in himself for a long time that he could be championship caliber Batman, and the organization shares blame in empowering that belief for too long?
What does this even mean?
Siakam was in that role due to necessity. If there was another player better in that role then Siakam then he would have been regulated to a second option.
It's not like Siakam took the organization hostage and forced himself as the #1. He doesn't have that type of power.
Also why shouldn't a player of Siakam's caliber have the belief that he is one of the best? Our post championship team had a lot of success. Pascal was one half away last year from probably being finals FMVP. He was in the ECF the year before. Pascal is a very very good basketball player. To achieve his level you have to have strong self belief.
Siakam has proven he can drive team success over and over again. He is a leader on Indiana and has always been a team first guy. I find this fantasy scenario you created to be ridiculous.
