Mosley's gonna survive. Why? He's adaptable and humble. He expanded his staff with experienced coaches. He has a track record of zeroing on the rotations that work. We've already seen his adaptability in rotations early on with the reduction of Tyus minutes.SOUL wrote:thelead wrote:rcklsscognition wrote:Just saw the espn highlights from last night and they start with Paolo at the FT line talking sh** to Tobias then proceeding to brick two FTs then a montage of Detroit clowning us, smh.
Everyone was gassing this team up. It’s only fair to shine a light on how pathetic they are right now. I love that so many people are saying that Paolo needs to man up and become a leader.
If we turn it around quickly, this start could be a blessing in disguise to figure out a lot of things and light a fire under the ass of players who otherwise would've continued doing dumb stuff.
People have to also remember that many coaches, players and teams are figuring out rotations, what works, what doesn't work in real time.
I think that he tries to do what works for players vs forcing a system. That's both a strength and a weakness, eventually he'll need to force players into roles that maximize the team and force Weltman's hand on personnel decisions. He's got another season to implement an identity for this team IMO.
Unless we lose. Then pitchforks.
