The Bulls biggest weaknesses in my opinion are -
1. Not having a clear tier 1 or 2 superstar
2. Not being physical enough on the interior and at the forward spot in particular.
Superstars who are, or could become, available over next few months: Morant, Booker, Zion, Embiid, Siakam (?), Lavine (j/k)
Of this list, I think SIakam would be the perfect for the Bulls but is likely unavaiable. Of the other guys, I'd prefer Booker, but I'm not sure I want to pay his salary. But just for fun, something like PWill, Coby, Collins and a couple 1st at least starts the conversation. I don't think Morant and Giddey are good fits b/c of shooting and defense, and I'm sticking with Giddey, who just might be flat out better than Morant at this point.
A less ambitious trade would be turning the combo of PWill, Terry, Phillips, Jevon Carter and Collins (I think Smith has wally-pipped him, the shootings too important) into a forward rotation piece who does all the same things PWill does, but consistently and better. Those guys aren't generally easy to get but I wonder if you could get a PJ Washington, Tari Eason, or Jeremy Sochan. Those are the kind of guy they need to round out the roster who won't dramatically reshape it.
