Mavs should have gotten AR in Luka's trade. It's over now. AR is 6 years younger, without injury concerns, probably better Pg, better in drawing fouls and looks to be capable of scoring similar numbers. I would get rid of Kyrie at latest next season, not necessarily for AR, although he looks like great fit with Flagg.

They are going to build that team around Luka. Pelinka has a history of signing his star players best friends. If Luka wants Kyrie (we already know they fit like a glove together) they will get him. Plus the Labron factor.

He might like AR even more, they're inseparable. LeBron is gone next season. Their target is Giannis.

True. Luka and Reaves do have good chemistry on the court. Also I have no doubt that Giannis is going to end up in LA.

I agree that with Kyrie’s age and injury history he’s not going to bring back a star player in a trade. Who don’t think would be the teams most likely to want Kyrie? Bucks or Nuggets are who I’m thinking could use Kyrie. I have no idea what assets they might have that realistically make sense.

It would be extremely hard for Rockets to land Kyrie without the 3rd party. They have too many veterans that Mavs wouldn't want back unless it comes with at least one promising young player, which HOU has a lot of. But they're on a smaller contracts and salaries would need to be close.

Now that Nico is out, I want a rebuild around Flagg. Trade AD for the best possible package. Trade D-Lo Klay, Martin if possible. If Kyrie wants out too, work with him on it but if he doesn't that is fine as well. Kyrie is still someone good to have around young players.

Kyrie to HOU makes a ton of sense for them. Outside of Tari Eason, I don't think there's anyone relatively available we'd want. As someone else mentioned, at least a third team would be needed. CHI could be interesting also.

AD to either MIA ($40m in cap space after Rozier's contract is voided) or SAS (Fox as the main target). CHI is another possibility; they have 6 FRPs in the next 5 years (Coby and Vuc as the main target).
