That's just another way of saying that if the Celtics can get a starting center and Tatum returns they could again own the conference.

Exactly!

It doesn't even have to be a starting Center.
Just a Center who can be a complementary piece to Queta.

Rob Williams?

Nick Richards?

Vucevic?

Clippers really in a bad spot right now.

They have no 1st round pick this June, 2026.

Kawhi's injured again.

Perfect example of being in basketball purgatory.

With very few options and also a 1st apron team, I think the best way out is to cash in on Zubac.
Get a pick or picks and a player or two with smaller salaries.
That way the Clips can be respectable and at the same time have a draft pick or two.

Claxton

Yeah, he's a possibility.
Problem with Claxton is he's thin.
But he's an upgrade over Queta at this point in time.

I think the ideal is Gafford.

So we'll see.

Wow!

Sacramento down by 25 at the half.

That team is worse than the Clips in basketball purgatory, that team is in basketball hell!

I don't understand the Bucks using Cream City on their jerseys.

Every time they lose, people will say they got creamed!

Would you trade:
Derrick White + Neemias Queta for Zubac + Beal
??

Payton, Sam Hauser + Neemias Queta for Zubac and Beal
??

Cs need White, PP, and Queta.

Use Simons and a draft pick or picks to get Zubac.

Clips are going nowhere.

Make it a multi-team trade so that the Clips can get more compensation.

I wouldn't do it either. I doubt LAC will trade Zubac for expiring and a pick. Probably they package a far out draft pick or two with their old players and try to stabilize their situation.

I dont bet on sports but if I did, I would say Stone Cold Lock that Zuubac does NOT get traded... Clips don't have their pick in '26! They need Zu to win games!

Reason why PP is so valuable right now, he's the only real PG on the team.
You have a very reliable ball-handler in PP.

Zubac is good, but he's not a game changer.

Cs just need to supplement the Center position because with the emergence of Mynot and Walsh, the Cs just need a decent Center that you can rely on in the playoffs.

Queta will be fine for the regular season as Queta is continuing to improve.
