I figure with Martin, they could still cut him and make him an asst coach. Only now his salary is already being paid.

Nurse is below average at best.
Masai is overrated.
I dont get how so many people believe in the raptors, they have zero to chance to win it all.

I don't see what's so bad about keeping Martin past this deadline. We can just cut him whenever a 3rd PG becomes available but MLSE will be on the hook for the remainder of his minimal salary, right? What's so bad about that? Not like it's going to put us at the luxury tax or anything. Why do we care if MLSE eats the remaining $150,000 or whatever's left on Martin's contract.

can we stop saying this BS with his leadership????????he sucks as a player, period, u dont keep scrubs like him on your team if u want to build a special team..give him a coaching role or waive him, simple as thatPopAGat wrote:Hes getting paid 1 million to wear a suit every game. Though he does have a big leadership role on the team.

This just further proves my theory. Dmart has serious dirt on BC, so he has to stay on this team until his fat ass decides working at Krispy Kreme beats sitting on an NBA bench for a million bucks a year
Seriously though, this could mean that TJ is ready to return to the floor in the immediate future. If BC had a gut feeling that he would be out for extended time there's no doubt in my mind that Dmart would have been cut. I hope we can see TJ back on the floor before the ASG. I know its a push but it would be a great belated christmas gift to see him on the floor soon again.

wow, pure ignorance
"all he does on the court is just jack up shots..."
I would hardly call 3 shots a game jacking up shots
