The same Delfino that hit 9 of 11 three-pointers the two games prior to last night and had another 8-10 streak just 2 weeks ago and shoots 49% from the arc over his last 10 games?

Yeah. Stop shooting Carlos.

I wouldnt mind taking a chance on a big contract for a guy that can do somthing no one on this rostor can.

We need a gritty with a K-Mart type attitude player.

Only problem is who goes? Delfino? Kapono? Parker? Moon? We have to keep are depth because a good team has to have alot of good players. You cant give away an asset to get another asset because you gain and loose the same way. It equals out. We have to look to get a Thomas or even a Reggie Evans. What about move Bargrani and look for a Nene. Anything to put a big piece in the middle. (im not saying trade Bargs for Nene trust me.)

At this point we know we have the offence. (minus bargniani) If we can use him to get the final rebounding piece that is a big who can play defence, pull the trigger.

I think our biggest need is on the wing - our wing production is just way too inconsistent.

We don't need another 4. Bosh plays more or less the entire game. And good rebounding, defensive Cs who can come up with the odd bucket aren't that easy to come by. It makes even less sense when you have someone like Hump who can occasionally play the role and may grow into it (he is still young), and a 7 foot guy from who we may manage to salvage something. Not only are we missing a proven performer on the wing (unless AP gets it back), we don't even have any young talent that is reasonably going to grow into the role.

I'm not sure the need for a big man is going to be addressed this season judging by Sam's comments after yesterdays game. I'm fully expecting to be out rebounded in the playoffs by 20-25 by the Cavs if we face them.

Anyways, this roster needs any front court help it can get. Moon and Andrea hurt Chris more than they help him with both being limited offensively and only one contributing defensively. Both happen to be too inexperienced as well.

That suggestion in the other thread about Thomas + West would be something worth looking at.

I want a true five on the bench that is not Rasho.

A player who is not a 4/5 or a 3/4/5 a guy who played high school and college at the five and ONLY the five who understands the position and can come in off the mid to end of our bench and play it intelligently with some rebounding potential.

I don't even need the guy to be starter caliber, I just want a younger guy who may need some development but at least fundamentally understands the center position as its played in the NCAA/NBA rather then guys who play a very euro five.

We will not win a title this year, so I am more interested in getting the right spare parts in place now rather then a rash move for the sake of making a rash move.

Someone mentioned Patrick O'Bryant? That works for me. Someone like Aaron Gray?

All the better teams in the league seem to have the means to go big or go small, and perhaps Bargs will end up being that "small" line-up center the reality is that we lack that "DeSagana Diop" factor.

Its pretty obvious that we need a rebounding 4/5. Next thing we would need would NOT be a backup point guard, it'd be a good wing player. Parker just isn't starter worthy, hes more of a role player off the bench.

We need a solid second option to Bosh a guy like Prince, G. Wallace or maybe even RJ.

We don't need a rebounding 4 or 5 because we already have one KRIS HUMPHRIES he may be a little undersized but he is that guy and he's good at what he does. He's a good rebounder he/s athletic and he's got a great work ethic.

Internal development of our current assets and an instinctive slasher ala Magette or Salmons.
