I would like that if we found a team that would trade with us for a starting sf/sg. the problem is finding a team that is willing to part with one. I looked through the rosters and there are not many players which I could imagine that their team would let them go.
I am going to post the players from every team which could help us and be an upgrade @sf/sg in my opinion (some scenarios require josh howard moving to sg):
- atlanta: joe johnson (I think it's unlikely we could get him=-), childress (perhaps=+)
- boston: pierce (-), allen (-), posey (-)
- charlotte: richardson (-), wallace (-)
- chicago: deng (-), gordon (-), nocioni (-)
- cleveland: lebron (-)
- denver: carmelo (-)
- detroit: hamilton (-), prince (-)
- golden state: jackson (-), pietrus (+)
- houston: mcgrady (-), battier (-), wells (+?)
- indiana: granger (-)
- la clippers: maggette (+), mobley (+)
- la lakers: kobe (-)
- memphis: gay (-)
- miami: wade (-)
- milwaukee: redd (-)
- minnesota: -
- nets: carter (-), jefferson (-)
- new orleans: peja (-)
- new york: crawford (-)
- orlando: turkoglu (-), lewis (-)
- philadelphia: iguodala (-)
- phoenix: bell (-), barbosa (-), hill (-), marion (-)
- portland: roy (-)
- sacramento: martin (-), artest (+?)
- san antonio: ginobili (-)
- seattle: durant (-)
- toronto: parker (-?)
- utah: kirilenko (-)
- washington: butler (-)
? means that I am not sure bout my opionion.
suming it up:
should we go for maggette? kind of stackhouse, terry for maggette, mobley? especially behind the fact that the clippers probably lose cassell, they would get a pg/sg in terry who could man the point for the rest of the season until livingston comes back. stackhouse becomes a fg after next season.
but nevertheless I believe avery loves stack und jet too much to trade them.

Successful Trade Scenario
Congratulations on a successful trade.
Due to Dallas and L.A. Clippers being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. Dallas and L.A. Clippers had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
