Well Im going to say McGrady, he is as rare as they come, McGrady is the better scorer, shooter, play maker, everything when healthy. McGrady is one of about 5 players in the league that can consistantly give up 25, 5, 5 each and every night. When he catches on fire, he is basically unstoppable, therefore I've never ever seen anyone stop him. Tmac when healthy, is a talent like no other, someone in the bases of Kobe Bryant, Paul Peirce, Vince Carter, Dwayne Wade and LBJ. Brandon Roy is a great player, but come on you can't compare the two, they are on different levels, and IMO will always be on different levels for based on their entire career. Brandon Roy seems more like the play maker, rather then the scorer. To the person that said Roy is the better leader, what evidence do you have to say that?
In 2006-2007, Tracy McGrady led the team to a 20-12 record without Yao, and helped them win 52 games, also ended 4th in MVP voting. While the big guy was out he up-ed his average to about 30pts, 6ast, and 6reb. In 2002-2003, McGrady single handedly led his team to the playoffs with Orlando with Orlando, he also led his team to a 3-0 start, before the Pistons came back to destroy his advancement hopes. Please don't base your analysis on two years worth of work, there is nothing Brandon Roy has done that McGrady cannot do, and I think there really will never be anything Roy can do, that Tmac would have done better, unless he wins a championship, and gets past the first round before Tmac, don't base your analysis on a player who is starting in the rookie-sophomore game
