Ben Wallace, Joe Smith, Wally, and Delonte West to the Cavs
Duhon, Newble, and Marshall to Seattle
Larry Hughes, Gooden, and Simmons to the Bulls
Seattle pulls off another robbery, and Cavs get completely hosed.
With Z on the Cavs, I don't understand why Wallace would interest them? That said I don't think they got hosed. They added a scorer, decent backup combo guard in West, and got some front court depth. Bibby, Mike Miller, and Andre Miller would've been better acquisitions though.
Seattle gets a decent PG and cuts Wally's expiring next year into Newble's expiring this year and Marshall's next year. Solid deal.
Chicago needed to do something. Gooden and Simmons should help them at their PF hole. Getting rid of Wallace's salary is impressive, but they had to take Larry Hughes, which kind of negates the positive.
Whether he develops or not, Green wasn't going to be with MN. Getting something for him rather than nothing is a solid, if underwhelming move. Not sure we need the Houston 2nd this year anyways, unless we were looking to package all of our 2nds for a 1st.
