This better not be something serious with Landry or else I am gonna kill my self.

Is this a joke? How could you let someone like Green's talent get away? Damnit!
EDIT: I forgot to mention, Mike Harris is good. He's like a smaller Carl Landry. If he can pick up Landry's work for this game somehow, they should sign him for the rest of the season.

I'm not too upset about Green, although it's vaguely surprising. It's good to see Mike Harris back finally. He's going to be a nice addition if his preseason play wasn't a fluke. The Landry thing sucks, but it's not TOO big if it ends up costing us a game. The important thing is that our win streak has cemented us back in the playoff hunt. From here on out, keeping the streak alive is naturally going to be great and helpful, but we really just need to focus on making it in (and not in a "what's the least we could do without dropping out of the picture" sort of way).
The main reason I can't figure out the green thing is because he's a tall guy that's capable of shooting and finishing on the break.

I don't think we are signing Mike Harris long term like tmacformvp07 said we will be getting Green back when Landry gets better. Mike Harris knows the offense more than Green at this point having gone through Summer League play with the Rox. Plus I don't think Green would want to sign anywhere else this is where he want to be, hes home. I really hope Landry is Ok, without him look for Julian Wright and Chandler to get alleys on us all night. we can never catch a break

I highly doubt Green's coming back if he's been cut. I thought we were going after Mr. Justin Williams.
I like the addition of Mike Harris, just not at the expense of Mr. Gerald Green. I didn't expect anything out of Green this season but was hoping for the slightest chance we could get something out of him this off-season (by signing him long-term and developing him). Not a fan of this move.

The coaching staff was that pessimistic about Green then.... I was happy to hear that Houston got him, but I always wondered whether Green's struggles to play within a system was the result of Doc River's inability to draw up proper plays before this year and the abomination that is Minnesota's coaching staff, or was it him and his youth that was to blame. Or maybe a combination of both. It's a shame because I did hear good things about the kid regarding his potential and work ethic (he worked on his jumper a lot and it shows in his form) mostly out of Boston.
