Green s loaded w/ talent.
Slam Dunk champ and has good rep in the league.
Lakers would steal him and Ariza for the future. He is old enough to contribute now and will be good in a few years.
Valuable? LOL. He was a throw-in in the KG trade.
As a Celtic fan, I'd love for the Lakers to pick up Gerald Green. The guy is one of the worst players in the league if not the worst. He's lucky that he didn't go to college or enter any predraft workouts. He knew what he was doing. The guy can't play and had he went to college or worked out predraft, there is no way any GM would have drafted him and he wouldn't have made the money he did so far.
The guy has ZERO talent. He has crazy athleticism, but that doesn't mean he has any basketball skill or talent. He's supposed to have a nice shooting stroke, but he can't shoot. He shoots less than 40%. He also has the lowest BBIQ of anyone I've ever seen and doesn't work hard to improve his game.
Hopefully, the Lakers pick him up and puts him in the rotation.
