Lake Show already seem to be in a similar place as the Spurs with many people.

Strange, but I can't really reach for these conspiracy theories. You do need luck to a certain standard (can't rely on luck at an above-average level), but ultimately, what it comes down to is playing that basketball game.

If you really are as reasonable as you profess to be in your posts, then address why a call goes against a lesser team such as the Nuggs and then is not called on the Spurs. You are smart and insightful but cannot defend the calls in the game between these teams tonight and said calls certainly affected the outcome.

I've said it many times before and will say it again - conspiracy in this world is not possible. I know that there are no back room meetings picking the Spurs to win. However, the NBA officiates games based on preconceived notions and assumptions and reputations. Because the Spurs are good and considered good on D, they get away with more.

I suggest calling a foul a foul (which would result in Bowen fouling out in the 2nd qtr every night) regardless of the player or team that commits it. If the NBA resolved to do this, people would once again watch it on TV. If not, they will set another record for low ratings.

I agree there were missed calls last night in the game, on both sides, but there always are in general. It's nothing new.

The Parker push off and Parker 3-seconds being two of them. I don't really know why they weren't called, wouldn't care if they were, too. If something's called that's questionable or wrong, then you deal with it and move on. Same thing goes for the other side with something not being called.

What matters most and what is the deciding aspect of the game, is playing the game.

Yes, reputation is a factor. It's nothing of recent. Whether it's a player (offense or defense), a team (defense), or just in general, with one team being more aggressive than the other. That gains certain respect and recognition from the refs, depending on the specifics. The home team can play a factor in getting calls, too.

As my posts have shown over time here, this stuff is why I don't usually get into it much (depends, being random, and not more than an average manner), or at all, about refs and calls. Putting blame on refs from a game. I've never said why a team won a game is because of the refs (a rarity, if not).

The reputation factors are just there, and bad/missed calls are going to happen.

I lean to things staying like they are.

Let's put this in perspective. When we play @ Denver where the calls go both ways We win both games! Then @ San Antonio where the calls are all ONE sided to SA we lose. Major ups to the Nugs for fighting no matter how much of a bitch the refs are. Rapeek or whatever you are annoying you obviously where a Jazz fan not rooting for the nugs. Also why we did not go to Melo was becuase he is the only player in this bitchass league not to get calls pitiful. The Spurs yea if this was the 80's them son of a bitches would not win a ballgame cause their team is full of pussies man all they do is flop and that's SAD!
